Welcome to Mr. Coziahr's biology class!! Students who are
taking this class should be working toward entering a public
or private university after high school. During the first
semester students will cover the following content areas: the
scientific process, ecology, chemistry, cellular structure and
functions, cell energetics, cellular division, and DNA. The
second semester will cover the following topics: genetics,
evolution, human physiology, and biotechnology. The
accelerated class will also be studying units on plants and
classification which will be vital for success in AP Biology. If
